About Us
SAFE Hospitality is an injury and illness prevention strategy administered by the Manitoba Tourism Education Council (MTEC). The program is financed entirely through a surcharge paid by establishments who are registered with the Workers Compensation Board rate category 6, code 70106.
Our Mission
It is the mission of SAFE Hospitality to support the prevention and reduction of workplace injuries, and develop a strong safety culture within Manitoba Hospitality Sectors.
We accomplish this by providing safety resources, education and practical solutions.
